Nashville is a city located in Tennessee, United States of America. It has a population of 652,292 people and is the most populous city in the state. The city was founded by James Robertson in 1779 and became the capital of the newly created State of Tennessee in 1796. Nashville is known for its music scene, which includes country music, gospel music, and blues.

The city has also been home to numerous artists and entertainers over the years, including Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, Dolly Parton, Jerry Lee Lewis, Charley Pride, Aretha Franklin and many more.
